Strength in Number
“There is always strength in numbers. The more individuals or organizations that you can rally to your cause, the better.”
- Mark Shields, American Political Commentator
As the president of Temps & Staffers Inc. (TSI), most people believe that I am the only moving force behind the company’s success, but this is not true. TSI’s success, I can tell you, is the result of our employees’ hard work and dedication. However, I (Arturo C Guerrero) believe that TSI will not become the leading human resources placement and consultancy firm organization it is today without my wife’s (Vivian Anastacio Guerrero) constant support.
Although my wife and I are very different people (the former more outgoing and me more reserved), I believe that our differences are what made everything we do together successful. Our differences in expertise complement each other, benefitting our management of the company, as well as our family. I, Arturo C Guerrero, previously worked as a product manager who specializes in sales, management and information technology; while my wife, Vivian Anastacio Guerrero, worked at a five-star hotel and a trust bank prior to her work as an executive assistant to their family business. Our experiences and specialties helped us manage and develop Temps & Staffers Inc. (TSI). While my wife handles the financial accounts of the company, I come up with different strategies to increase our company’s productivity, such as the introduction of computerized process. This provided our company with an easier means for paying our staff and handling the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) files for our taxes, thus keeping issues such as tax evasion and money-related problems out of our way. In TSI’s 22 years of existence, our partnership became an anchor that helped us and the company stay grounded while continuously pursuing our goals. With a reputation trusted by clients for decades, mismanagement issues and tax evasion scares with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) are nothing but insignificant issues virtually unheard of inside the office premises.
What made these things possible is none other than the partnership that my wife and I established not only for our business but for our family as well. Also, these accomplishments are made possible with a group of dependable staffers and most importantly, a God who is bigger than all our problems.
